Villa Cerqualto, Umbria
Villa Cerqualto is set in beautiful, rolling countryside, close to Citta della Pieve.
The house is charming, and tastefully furnished, with lovely views all around, particularly from the terrace off the kitchen and from the master bedroom.
We were two families with three small children between us, which can sometimes be a little crowded, but we had plenty of space and the children had a wonderful time exploring the property and playing in the pool (which is well equipped and maintained).
Stephanie made us very welcome and was an extremely helpful hostess, giving us lots of useful tips and advice, and sorting out any little problem that arose with tremendous efficiency (there weren’t many).
We had a wonderful, peaceful week and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
