Approximate prices

This is a private, independent exclusively used Villa, but prices and surface area change according to the number of people.

• Off season 2-4 guests can rent half house: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen,
• Payment: 40% by booking, 60% 2 month before arrival,
• Money transfer fees have to be paid by the renter.
• Heating per day € 50,00 per full house, Half house Euro 30,00
• Deposit by arrival € 300,00 will be returned before you leave.

• Off season: You can rent half the Villa: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living room and Kitchen is max. 4 guests between € 1.000,00 and € 2.500,00
• In high season: max 8 guests € 2.500,00 – € 3.500,00

• 2 – 4 guests can rent half house but not in the month July + August.

• Deposit / breakage fee on arrival € 300,00
• If you come for the olive picking in Oct. / Nov. and help for min. 4 hours per day the heating of the house is free.
• Services included: Water, electricity, gas for cooking purposes, Wireless (WiFi) Internet, linen, initial cleaning, garden and pool maintenance are included in the rental price.
• Services upon request
• Extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person/week), firewood (€ 15/20Kg).
• We also take ad hoc requests for cooked dinners at home, cooking courses, wine tasting visits, massages etc.

Cancellations:

• A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
• Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and fully return of your 1. payment.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment /reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
• If the house will be rented you will receive the rental amount back.
