The house has an natural air-conditioned roof and it keeps the rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. Indoor shutters easy to close and open. All beds have dawn covers for the winter, in mid season woolen blankets, in summer cotton covers.

All matrasses are separate and each person has it´s own bed linen.

1. Blue bedroom ( top floor)with a large panorama and very private terrace, with a coffee table and comfortable chairs.
2. Yellow bedroom ( top floor) with large cupboards and a desk/ table to study or write. Fantastic view to Monteleone di Orvieto.
3. Red bedroom ( down stairs) largest room enough space for 3 beds and a cod.
4. Green bedroom ( downstairs) single bed with large window door to the garden.
