With refined decor, the house is furnished with antiques originating from the owners' aristocratic family line.
The house is about 200 years old and is positioned on a hill with an enticing view.
The pool is gently set within the olive grove and is equipped with wooden chairs and umbrellas.
The property consists of 8 hectars (or about 16 acres) on which the proprietor also produces organic wine and olive oil.
VILLA CERQUALTO is a wonderful, privately used Country Villa on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, with a Panorama Pool, exquisite Garden, cosy Pergola and great food (BBQ).
The Villa hosts comfortably up to 8 guests, with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and is exclusively hidden in the picturesque Umbrian hills but still only 10 min. from Motorway M1, 1h drive to Rom and Florence.

The Villa is romantic, wonderfully restored with organic materials with a lovely garden set in the hills on the border of Tuscany and Umbria ideal for families. Lovely decorated & furnished with antiques from the owners aristocratic family. The 200 year old house sits on a slope and has stunning views. It is surrounded by old oak trees.
Garden Vineyard
You will find the pool situated in an olive grove overlooking the vineyards. The 8 ha estate is owned by a Countess, who produces the estate’s own biological wine & olive oil, she lives in a separate house and looks after her guests, if there is a request for it.

On the grounds around the very unusual house you can enjoy the breathtaking views over the superb Umbrian/ Toscan countryside. The exceptional location will give you enough opportunities to relax & dream or sight seeing.
Panorama Pool
The pool is completely private with changing room, fridge for cold drinks, deck chairs.

Nearby medieval towns are Cittá della Pieve, Monteleone di Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Siena, Arrezzo.
Within the medieval boundary walls of these towns, you‘ll find plenty of witnesses of a turbulent and rich history. Numerous shops, cafés and restaurants are inviting you for a strole or just to watch the busy life in the streets.
